Ryan Fisher

Ryan Fisher has been a technology consultant since 1999, and has hot seated over 150 trials and arbitrations. He has wide breadth of experience including trade secret, patent and trademark, foreign language matters, class actions, environmental, securities, white collar criminal, and insurance recovery disputes. He is an expert problem solver in the hardware and software of presentation technology.
Notable courtroom experience includes Waymo v. Uber, Apple v. Samsung, Bard v. Gore, Amgen v. Roche, Raiders v. NFL, and City of Hope v. Genentech. Through these high intensity engagements, Ryan has developed a style and skill of integrating into the trial team and providing the level of service that wins the day and wins the case.
Ryan Fisher graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in psychology (1997), and was subsequently awarded an M.S. in psychology (1999), for the master’s thesis “The Effects of Computer Animation on Juror Decision Making”. He was born and raised in Los Angeles and now resides in the greater New York City area. Prior affiliations include Resonant Legal Media and On The Record, Inc.
