Whitley Tiller

Design Director

Whitley is the co-founder of Evoke Technology & Design and works as a design director, helping counsel teams present their cases before arbitrators, judges, and juries. 

Whitley came to the legal field with a background in psychology, and views cases through both a social science and legal lens. There is a human story inside of every case, and she will find it. Her goal is to develop a message that will stick, using powerful graphics and technology to tell your story. 

Whitley has been the consultant of choice for counsel in numerous investment treaty arbitrations, as well as international commercial arbitrations.  She has also worked on numerous IP, contract, and pharmaceutical cases.

Whitley is the author of “The Effective Use of Technology in the Arbitral Hearing Room,” published in GAR’s Guide to Arbitration.  She is also the Media Editor for The Journal of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration’s ITA in Review. 

Whitley has a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
